Sarah has a passion for high performance sport, having been a high-performance athlete herself.  Sarah is an Olympic snowboarder, turned strength and conditioning coach.  Now working in sport, Sarah has found an opportunity to assist others in reaching their full athletic potential.

Sarah’s professional interests lie in developing and delivering progressive, innovative, and practical strength and conditioning programs for alternative sport athletes.

Away from the weight room, Sarah can be found near the ocean, whether it be to go surfing or exploring with her son.
