Performance Training Program

AT 365 Elite Training

Prepare and train like a pro this summer with Canada’s elite trainers. The new Canadian Sport Centre Atlantic athletic training centre boasts some of the best equipment in the country and you can have access to it. 

We welcome athletes between 14-19 years of age to join our Athletic Training 365 (AT 365) program, which will include: 

  • Full strength and conditioning program for May-July
  • 2 high performance conditioning sessions per week at the CSCA for 12 weeks
    • Conditioning sessions will include mobility, movement preparation, speed, agility and strength training
  • ** 2 Full assessments
    • Tests battery will be discussed with a coach and sport specific
  • 1-2 nutritional workshops specifically based on your sport/position  

Limited to 10 athletes per group 

Time: Times available include Mon-Thursday, 3-5pm (Times can be adjusted somewhat, depending on the group) 

**Assessments may occur outside of training times 

Cost: $799.00
