NS Podium Sessions
Podium Performance Sessions – Nova Scotia
Podium Performance Series (PPS)
The purpose of the PPS is to provide ongoing education in areas that impact coaching development and performance. Last season we invested more time and energy than ever into organizing and showcasing expertise from our region, and the efforts were successful; we averaged approximately 22 participants from a wide variety of locations in the province and from a diversity of different sports. This year, we would like to grow this number!
Topics & Presenter
The CSCA will draw on the experiences of our highly qualified staff and service providers to share their expertise in various areas of sports science & sports medicine, as well as athlete transition services and the impact of social media on coaching strategies for communication.
Please see below to get an idea of the subject matter for these monthly 2 hour sessions (7:00 – 9:00 p.m.). We hope to hold one or two of the presentations outside of HRM if possible.
RSVP: Approximately two weeks prior to each session, we will send email notification with the specific location with an abstract of the session. At that time, you will be asked to RSVP. If you would like to be added to this email list, please contact Daphne Pellerin at daphne@cscatlantic.ca.
