| Friday, May 18th, 2012 | 8:00 am – 6:00 pm | Jonathon Fowles and Elliott Richardson will co-teach two units from the planning theme:
1. One 3-hour unit from Module PPM1 (Profiling Sport Performance) – Unit PPM1U07 – Testing and Monitoring Physical Abilities. A visit to a lab is involved: dress accordingly 2. One 6-hour (*)unit from PPM2 (Developing Integrated Training Plans) – Unit PPM2U05 – Applying Conditioning Programs in the Real World – 3 hours of Designing Resistance Training Programs and 3 hours of Speed, Agility and Plyometrics training: dress for activity. (*) This unit requires more time than was originally allocated |

| Notes to Coaches:
These are the final units required to complete the two Planning Modules in Year 1 of the program. Coaches must bring copies of all their completed Planning assignments and their work in progress on other Planning unit assignments to these sessions. There will be time to interact with the facilitators related to your progress with the assignments for your portfolio. Once you complete all the assignments for every unit in each module, the completed work must be submitted to Gary Ness as a package for assessment of that module. Once these Planning units are completed, you will have finished the two Planning Modules in Year 1 of the program. |

Bring all your completed assignments and works in progress papers on the Leadership Theme with you. Once these Leadership Units are completed, you will have finished the four Leadership Modules in Year 1 of the program. |

The same schedule (every second Wednesday) will continue throughout June, July & August. In September, we are switching to sessions every week on Wednesday evening in order to allow this group of coaches to graduate by next summer.
The annual NCI Fall weekend will be held to facilitate sessions that require group interaction (dates TBA).
